Hi Guys, when I submit an empty message in request page I get an error message "Could not add an empty Comment." when I clear that message and navigate to some other page. that error message again pop up for no reason.
Please help me resolve this issue
Thank you for messaging us. Normally, a clear cache and cookies of the browser can fix this. Alternatively, you must acknowledge the error message before navigating to other pages.
Is this happening always?
