Error loading image in Zendesk Support.

Hi,

After the recent Zendesk Support update, we cannot open screenshots submitted in the tickets. We get an "Error loading image" message. Do you have any solution?

I'd recommend chatting in with our Customer Care team as we will need to take a look at some examples where screenshots are not opening on your account. More information on contacting our support team here: Contacting Zendesk Customer Support
