Error deleting team members

Hi Zendesk,

In my Zendesk admin where I'm the owner, I have suspended team members that I need to delete but I'm getting errors.

For some I'm getting an empty blank message bubble, the network tab shows "500 internal server error"

For others, I get message: "User cannot be deleted due to dependencies with your Zendesk Chat account. Please delete the user in your Zendesk Chat account and try again."

What does that mean and how to fix this?
