We were just added to the EAP today, however, the dashboard only returns errors. I've reached out to support, but they directed me to post here since this is an EAP.

Thanks for getting in touch! As the EAP has just been added for your account it can take time for this data to load. Please give 1-2 business days and the data should then be accessible!
