We have end users and organisation configured. All users are allowed to access tickets from their org, and org permissions are also set to allow access to all tickets. However, something changed recently and our users can no longer see the Organisation tab in the My Activities page. I have confirmed this by assuming an end user identity. Could some one please help me out?
