End users getting Page Not Found after SAML SSO sign in

I have completed the SAML SSO configuration and was able to enable it to end users. However, I tried myself signing in as an end user and after authenticating to the SAML Idp with no errors, I get redirected to the Zendesk portal (https://<mydomain>.zendesk.com/hc) but with a Page Not Found error. Is there a configuration somewhere to allow end users to access the portal which is normally not enabled?

Hi Hossam,

Can you confirm if your Help Center is active? If yes, I also suggest that you check if your CNAME DNS is properly set up. Further, I also suggest that you check Enabling SAML single sign-on to review your current setup and check if everything was properly set.
