End User Unable to Post

We have an end-user that is unable to make a post within one of our community topics, despite being logged in. They have tried logging out and back in, using different browsers, and clearing their cache in the browser. 

Does anyone know why they might be running into this iddue?

Hi Franki, 

When you say they are unable to make a post, can you explain the behavior? Is the new post button not appearing? Or are they able to write a post but nothing happens when they hit submit? Or something else?

They are able to write a post. When they hit submit, nothing happens.

And is this just happening in one topic, or in all topics? Do you know if they're able to comment on other posts? Or are they unable to do anything? 

Usually we find this kind of behavior is due to a browser extension getting in the way, but if they've tried multiple browsers that would seem to eliminate that possibility. They could try disabling any extensions they're using to see if that fixes things.
