Enabling messaging

Hello,

I want to have a bot using the flow builder: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408838909210-Using-Flow-Builder-to-create-bot-flows

I found out that I need to click on Channels --> Messaging and Social --> Messaging but I don't have this option available. 

Can you please check this problem?
