Would be ideal to have a test button that will send the email of the survey to a particular email we can enter, so we can see what it will look like before turning it on.

Yes! Super +1! Or at least a link in the configuration where we could see and interact with the CSAT form as we make modifications, etc.
100% agree with this - the same way that we can see what a bot flow will look like we should be able to see what the survey will look like.
