Suggestion for development:
Regarding CSAT, it would be great to allow customers to answer questions in the drop-down list even if they have given a positive rating, i.e., 4 or 5 (like it is, if they have answered negative rating, 1,2,3).
As it would be valuable to receive a bit more feedback from all users, including those who have had a positive experience.
