I want to embed a video directly into our macros (inline), is that possible?

Would you not put the video in a page in your help center; then redirect there?
- set security if agent-access only.
Saves disk space in having a video in every ticket.

There's no way to directly embed a video in a ticket response via a macro. However, as Dave Fear suggested, you could add a link to a video in your macro, and host the video in your Help Center or use a video-hosting service.
