Is there any way to send an Email Notifications for following activities:
1. Admins or agents should get an email notification whenever any Category or section is created.
2. Subscribers should get email notification whenever any user posts new article in the section
3. Subscribers should get email notification whenever any change is made to the section,
4. Subscribers should get email notification Whenever Category/section is deleted.
