Hey all, thanks for your interest in the side conversations trigger actions EAP. We're happy to announce that all accounts with side conversations now have access to email and child ticket trigger actions!

Getting this out to everyone took a bit longer than we anticipated due to some nuances of child tickets and the way the underlying system works, but we got there! Now that these actions are available to everyone we'd love to hear how you're using them to streamline your workflows.

We'll be shutting this EAP forum down, so please feel free to post some feedback in the Ticketing community forum.
