Editing fields in Submit a ticket request form

Hi, 
I am just wondering if we can add/edit some fields in the default ticket request form available to end users.

Some help would really be appreciated.

Hi Kinjal,

You can manage any ticket fields within your ticket from directly from the agent interface. To do so, navigate to Admin>Manage>Ticket Fields and select edit next to any fields you would like to adjust.

@Brett Bowser but how can I edit request form itself? I don't need to add any custom fields, I just need to make some restrictions. For example, in email field it would be great to forbid our own url domain. Plus to add some explanations and ask user to type real email.
