Edit notification email text to senders

Can you please direct me where on Zendesk I can edit/update the text that is contained in the notification email that is sent to senders when they have submitted a question via our site. The text as it stands says "Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. To add additional comments, please reply to this email"

Go to Admin>Business Rules>Triggers

The trigger you are looking for is 'Notify requester of received request'. You can modify the text of the email body in the 'Perform these actions' section.

You cannot edit triggers if you are on the starter plan.

Thanks for the quick response Graeme. I'm on the starter park which would explain why I couldn't find this!
