Today, to respond to the new CSAT customers click into the survey and are taken to a separate page - reducing the likelihood of someone completing the CSAT flow - it might be better to have the following:

 

"Hello {{ticket.user.full_name}}, weโ€™d love to hear how we did on your recent request. If youโ€™re up for it, please take a moment to answer a few questions. We really appreciate it.

 

Request: NOT REAL - TEST

Share your feedback with us.

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ or ๐Ÿ‘Ž"

 

This way we can get, straight from the follow-up email, an indication of good or bad, and then the selection takes them to the survey to see if they want to add more detail. 

 

The LESS clicks the BETTER

Thank you @tom40 for the suggestion! We are currently working on some changes to the default CSAT automation. It includes updates to the CSAT section. I would be curious to get feedback once we roll it out.

Hi there @tetiana12 - I've added the following as a workaround, utilizing the {{satisfaction.postive/negative}} placeholders:
"Hello {{ticket.requester.name}}, 
Weโ€™d love to hear how we did on your recent request. If youโ€™re up for it, please take a moment to rate our Support and answer a few questions. 
We really appreciate it.

<a href="{{satisfaction.positive_rating_url}}/">๐Ÿ‘</a> or <a href="{{satisfaction.negative_rating_url}}/">๐Ÿ‘Ž</a>

{{satisfaction.survey_section}}"

 

I see that the placeholders still point to the old survey.

Yes, this would be a great addition and agree the fewer clicks the better.

@Tom Niv-Burrell It is on the roadmap to include a scale in the email, but we do not plan to introduce a placeholder for every rating.

Getting an add-on like Sondar from the Zendesk marketpalce is another way of providing a 1-click rating experience. 

2, 3, 4 & 5 scale CSAT surveys are all avialable and they embed natively into Zendesk emails & workflows.
