Dynamically display end user name at organisation level

Hello,

I have set up a custom field at user and ticket level that is a checkbox designating an end user as the lead / person in charge at their organisation.

Is there a way to feed this user's name to the organisation level profile dynamically such as via a trigger?

I can set up a custom field at an organisation level but not sure if it's possible to populate that field automatically / dynamically somehow?

    Hello @Chris Whitley,

    We, unfortunately, would not have the capability to this via any of the business rules, so this would not be possible.

    The only way how to do this would be to do it manually.
