Duplicate Placements in Knowledge Admin

Hi Zendesk Team, 

 

I've noticed while working with the article multi-placement feature that each placement displays as an individual article in the Knowledge Admin page (see below). This functionality seems redundant since editing the body/title of one placement will affect the others, and any changes to placement settings can be made once in the article editor. It leaves the Knowledge Admin feeling crowded and confusing. Is there any benefit to this functionality?
