We have built out a new Dashboard using the beta and on the surface it works great. However, we have found that when drilling into the widgets to see the data behind the KPIs we are not seeing all the tickets. For example, the widget may show 900 tickets and the export to excel from the drill in will only show 600 ticket.
We have noticed that it appears that although the report in questions is excluded from the solved Date filter on the Dashboard, the export will only show tickets with a solved date.
Has anyone else experienced this? And how do we fix it so we can export all ticket showing in the top level kpi report?
