Please move to stereo recordings. Doing any kind of voice analysis is very difficult while dealing with mono recordings.

Is there a plan to move from Mono to Stereo?

Hey @joel44

At this time we don't have plans to adjust from Mono to Stereo, but I have noted this feedback for future changes.

Files downloaded using this have

recording_ticket#{ticketNumber}_{date} format. The # in the file name is problematic since some systems can't open them.

Is it possible to change the # to a more universal delimiter such as "_" or "-"
