How can we stop showing departments in our chat widget?

    Hi Casper,

    If you are using the Web Widget with Chat, you will want to use the following JS APIs: https://developer.zendesk.com/embeddables/docs/widget/settings#departments

    If you are using the Chat standalone widget, you will want to use this API: https://api.zopim.com/files/meshim/widget/controllers/liveChatAPI/Departments-js.html#$zopim.livechat.departments.filter
