Hi,

Does this app works also on public help centers or only when an end user is logged in?

And is this also working for the web widget?

    Hi Thomas:

    The Sunshine Guide Events App will currently display only the events from identified/known customers. There is not yet any mapping for events from anonymous visitors that later become known users, but it is something we are exploring and we are eager to hear more about this need.

    Hi Erica,

    So to be clear, the EAP currently only works for users with Zendesk profiles already built in Zendesk? This would mean that a new user would not tracked by the EAP until their second ticket (as Zendesk automatically creates a profile upon the first ticket).
