    Will you include the custom Agent statuses in the 'Status' breakdown? This will make more sense given that we can set up custom status https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4410525357594-Creating-custom-unified-agent-statuses

    Yes we will be including Custom states later this year- most likely a q4 timeframe.
