Difference between Agent Search and Help Center Search

We had an agent search for an answer and was told by the Quick Reply that a feature was NOT available. The article that was referenced was a private article and did not reference the feature that was searched. You could say that this is correct. 

 

BUT

 

If I do the same search on the help center, I get the correct answer that this feature is available based on an article that is public. 

 

Question - What is the difference between the two searches? Does Agent Workspace restrict to private articles?

Generative search can use both private and public articles in the Help Center and Agent Workspace. The only difference is that Help Center search is based on semantic search.

I just want to clarify it was the "Quick Answer" that was different in each. Are you saying its possible for the Quick Answer to be different for the same query?

Michael, it is possible that the answer to the same query may vary. If the answer differs such that it does not correctly address the question, I recommend providing in-product feedback through the thumbs up/thumbs down feature.
