We had an agent search for an answer and was told by the Quick Reply that a feature was NOT available. The article that was referenced was a private article and did not reference the feature that was searched. You could say that this is correct.
BUT
If I do the same search on the help center, I get the correct answer that this feature is available based on an article that is public.
Question - What is the difference between the two searches? Does Agent Workspace restrict to private articles?
