I would like to delete my account but i am struggling to find a way to do it, I have tried to contact but I get no response.

Hey Chad,

If you're trying to have your information removed from a business that is using our software, then you'll need to reach out to them directly requesting that.
 
I'm afraid we won't be able to remove your information from their account on our end.

Let me know if you have any other questions for me!

Can the same be done for me as I have been trying to be removed for a long time.

Just checking in on the deletion request, as it appears I can still access my account. Same for Camille who is the original requester in this thread.

And just to clarify, this is a request for account deletion with personal info permanently removed, not just a deactivation.
