I have the Zendesk app on my phone (Samsung Galaxy A52). I have notifications set for all tickets, etc. For some reason, notifications aren't being done until about 15 minutes AFTER a new ticket/comment/update comes in. Previously, on my old phone, I would get a pop-up icon and an alert right away. One suggestion was to turn power-saving mode off - I did, and same there is still a delay with the notifications. Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
