Anyone experienced setting a Web Widget with no customised BOT but simply by configuring the default response settings and even without a schedule defined we keep having the Answer Bot stating the following:

Answer Bot

Answer Bot says: We're offline. When an agent replies to your request, you'll get an email at xxxxxx
