About 4 or 5 months ago, the default sign-in page for agents went from Support to the Guide. Is there a way to default the landing page to be support for Agents?

Can you confirm if you are using the link format: mysubdomain.zendesk.com? If not, please log in using the link by changing the mysubdomain to your account subdomain. The landing page should be Support instead of your Help Center.
