I know that, there is no option to restore data, when it's deleted in Zendesk.
That's why I would like to ask what are the most common mistakes which led to data loss in Zendesk? What kind of data should I save externally?
I'm thinking about the triggers, automations, macros, but maybe it is . Did you have some problems with accidental deleting some types of data by Users?
