My company has a support ticket dashboard (zendesk.com/explore/dashboard/xxx) set up for some of our customers and whenever our customers try to export the dashboard data, the suggested file name is super long.
How could I go about changing this default value to something like "report_xyz.ext"?

Thanks for creating this feedback post. I've checked on this input, and confirmed that the current expected behavior is for dashboard exports to come by the file's default name. We do not have a feature currently to set a standard file name for exports. I understand this is not the answer you were hoping for, but you can up-vote this post and add your detailed use-case to the conversation. Threads with a high level of engagement ultimately get flagged for product managers to review when they go through roadmap planning.
