We are exploring the customizable CSAT option, and it seems to be missing an important feature, the ability to customize the CSAT - Survey page and CSAT - Thank You page with our branding. We have multiple brands within Zendesk, so having the ability to have surveys and survey-related pages that align with each brand is important.
From a security perspective, the lack of branding on the survey page is also problematic. If I were a customer who arrived at the page, I might wonder if it was legitimate page or even possibly a phishing attempt. Having such a generic page without branding, a customer might become suspicious and click away before even completing the survey.
Is this feature in the pipeline?

Hi @kate13 ! It won't be available as part of the EAP, but we will continue evolving the CSAT feature after it is GA. Branding of CSAT is something we are considering adding in the future.
