Customize Survey Order: Positive to Negative

We currently use the Customizable CSAT (which is not very customizable). We're interested in adjusting the default survey order to go from Positive to Negative. Currently the default rating scale goes from Negative to Positive resulting in confusion for the user since most surveys begin with the positive. This confusion has led to several inaccurate survey responses. Furthermore, because administrators are unable to remove or modify negative ratings after closure, this limitation is resulting in inaccurate reporting. Are there any plans for Zendesk to enhance the customization options for the Customizable CSAT? Having the ability to adjust the order to Positive to Negative would greatly help accurate reporting and user experience.
