Dear community,
A lot of customers from our websites cannot see the live chat widget when they visit our websites and the complaints regarding this keep racking up. Because the live chat is used to get in touch with our delivery team we're losing customers daily.
This problem mostly occurs when customers visit our website on their PC or laptop, mostly does work on their phone. What could cause this issue?

If you can detect any patterns in who is and isn't able to see the widget (location, which browser they're using, etc.), that would be helpful information to provide when you chat with our support team. Thanks!
