Customer checklists as a web form?

Hello Community,

We use the Zendesk Enterprise Suite and the Sweethawk Suite.

We generally use Zendesk as ITSM and are currently migrating many processes to Zendesk native workflows. When integrating our products, we ask the customer about certain things in the form of a PDF checklist and give to-dos along the way (for example, we ask whether all the necessary firewall settings have been made, in which directory should be installed).

I am currently looking for a solution that makes it possible to answer all these questions for the customer via an integration and thus have them directly available for all agents. I have already thought about whether a separate ticket form is sufficient for this, or whether this can be covered with office surveys, but I would prefer something that is linked directly in Zendesk with the Orga info or something similar. Do you have ideas or know apps that can do the GDPR compilation?
