Is it possible to reset a numeric custom field to zero in the first day of each month? Thanks in advance

    I'm sure that possible using the API. There are not many options for influencing user fields automatically otherwise.

    Thank you very much for the quick answer Andrew! I've also thought that would work, but would involve a third party app. Is there any way we could do that interelly on Zendesk? What was the API for this use case?
