Hello, 

What are the URIs allowed on a Zendesk account (myname.zendesk.com/{URI}) ?

So far, /hc and /api seem to me the only URIs. Is that correct?

    Hi Alberto!

    It's not possible to add a custom URL to your Zendesk URL. You can set up host mapping with a custom URL of your own (ie: support.yourdomain.com), though. You can find more info on that here:
