I'm facing an issue and I'm hoping someone here might have encountered something similar or could guide me in the right direction.
Issue: Even after creating and enabling a custom ticket form in my Zendesk account, when I go to the requests/new page on my branded Help Center, I'm only seeing a generic form with a title and description. My custom fields aren’t displaying.
Steps I've Taken:
- Created a custom ticket form with specific fields tailored to our requirements.
- Made sure the form is enabled.
- Set the form to be visible specifically for my brand.
- Checked the
requests/newpage, but the changes aren’t reflecting.
I've double-checked all the settings, but I can't seem to pinpoint where I'm going wrong. Is there a step I’m missing or a common mistake that might be preventing the custom form from appearing? Has anyone else faced this issue?
