I have created an Agent-Only custom ticket field (a checkbox). when i create a new ticket, I see the field. however, I'm trying to figure out how to tie a condition and if a field is visible. I see this working already with another set of custom fields but it's been a few years and I can't figure out how it was set up.
Is this functionality still supported? Specifically, if custom field A = something specific, then custom field B is visible.
