Custom Objects limited to 100.000 records?

I noticed a problem with a Suite Professional account of our clients that is now not showing all records. It's only showing 100.000 records in the GUI. Earlier this morning the 'Record Limit' API Endpoint was also showing 100.000 records in the system but this now jumped to 199.105 records of the 250.000 available on the account.

@ashwin11 The research I've been doing on limits when this issue appeared made me wonder if there will be some kind of SKU available to upgrade the number of records for the Suite Packages or are customers required to upgrade to a higher Suite package?

Hi @martijn12i- Sorry for the late response. I was on vacation the last few days. We understand that blocking the creation of custom object records once the limit is hit, may impact our customers' business continuity. Hence we are working towards a flexible limits capability to allow customers to create more records - very similar to tickets, users and organizations. Also, the 100k display there - We had built it in such a way that once the customer hits 100K records, the counting is done async to reduce any performance impact. Currently it is counting once every 24 hours. We may increase that frequency and also update the message there
