Custom fields for ticket form - Add attachement

 Hi,

 

I'm new at Zendesk but I'm trying to create a new form for our end-users.

Is there a possibility to create a new field for the form which is able to add an attachement to the form.

Example = I would like that the end-users are able to upload a printscreen with the errorcode or a mail with the confirmation of a purchase.

When I try to create a new (custom) field, I don't find a field to browse through the system and add the file the end-users wants.

Can someone help me?

Hi An,

I do believe the attachment field always is a part of the end user facing web forms, so there should be no need to add it as a custom field.

Have you tried viewing your form as an end user?

You do need to check "Customers can attach files" In Admin => Settings => tickets => attachments
