Hello,
When using a third-party API tool like Insomnia and using OAuth (bearer token) I can see the full data of a closed ticket's custom field data (Closed for more than a year).
But via the REST API on Guide using javascript and request.json endpoint, the field value does not show 
Is this a known discrepancy? Is it documented somewhere?
