Custom Facebook integration app review process

I'm working on a custom integration for Facebook and was wondering about the App Review process. Some features such as replying to comments needs permissions which need to be handled in app review. The reviewers of Facebook need videos and need to be able to completely test all the parts using those permissions. Some parts, such as the login page is handled and shown on the side of Zendesk. The login page in this case also makes some requests that need permission so it needs to be accessible. Are there methods of doing this without giving the Facebook app reviewers access to a Zendesk account ?
