I am looking to create a customized form in one of my category for the easier access. Is there any way if we could have a form in the section. Any help with the code snippet would really be appreciated.

If you want to display a custom form on your section page you'll need to do so using the API. I would recommend taking a look at the following article: Building a custom ticket form with the Zendesk API
Otherwise you could provide a link to the native Request Form within your Section page.
