Hello! Our subdomain rpmling781 is enrolled in this EAP, but the Customer Satisfaction page in Admin Center is not loading for either myself or a fellow admin in both standard and incognito windows. Zendesk Support has informed me that they aren't able to assist as it's an EAP. This is the error. I first noticed it yesterday afternoon and it persists through this morning. I'm not sure when it started though, as I haven't tried to access the CSAT page in the past month. What can we do to fix this?
Edited to add: the Zendesk Support rep is able to replicate this issue when they assume into our account.
