I hope I'm not too late with this post and that you are still interested in feedback/requests about the new CSAT.
I'm pleased to see that one of the suggestions I had to give, will soon be implemented, this being the Rating Options directly in the email, which was a deal breaker for my organization when it came to implementing this EAP live.
One request I had from our CX team was the option to have follow-up questions, in this case, when a customer selects one of the options from the dropdown, have a follow-up question for the selected option.
Another suggestion would be to have an option to ask the customers what it was that satisfied them, similar to the Negative option, but that would be available when the feedback is Positive.
I would also like to take the opportunity to thank Tetiana Gron for this EAP/New Customizable CSAT, which was well-needed.
