How can I access the number of public comments in a ticket with a metric in Zendesk Explore? 

 

My goal is to create a query that shows tickets aggregated by number of public comments.

Hi Evans! 

Thanks for reaching out--we have a recipe which is very close to what you are looking for available here that you can use as a sort of "springboard" for building out that sort of report! 

You'll need to use the "Ticket Updates" dataset in Explore, and in "Metrics" you'll find the options for "Comments," where you can expand that menu to specifically select out Public Comments from the list.
