Hi Team,

               I am Workforce Analysis , and i have confused about calculate tickets per day 

because I created view to show tickets with Employees , Request Data , Employees updated , Request update and update date 

so which date must to calculate to get tickets per day because i tried each one but never get some numbers on the Dashboard

Are you looking to calculate the number of tickets your team receives per day, or the number of ticket an individual agent solves each day, or something else?

Hi Dave,

               Thanks for Reply and Moved my post to correct categories,

calculate the number of tickets receives per day and individual agent receives each day 

, and if I wanna to calculate solves which data must use in calculation
