We have been trying to solve contract questions for over a month and keep getting slow responses. We are out of time with our contract expiring at the end of the month. I only get slow responses that take multiple days that kick the can further and closer to our contract date.
We have asked to have a meeting, schedule a call, escalate, all to no avail. Coming here to see if anyone has a way to contact someone.
