If we have editing and publishing permissions enabled (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001211527-Creating-management-permissions-to-define-agent-editing-and-publishing-rights-Professional-and-Enterprise-), are content blocks going to be permissioned in any way between the two user segments? Or, will all users (regardless of permission - editor, publisher, or guide manager) be able to create, edit, and delete content blocks?
