Connect Zendesk to an existing call center

I have an existing call center, the old fashion style, with regular phones.

I want to connect Zendesk to that system. Is it possible, if yes - how?

I've searched all around the web and found nothing that explain it.

Hello Omer,

The most "direct" way to integrate your call center with Zendesk would be to import your support numbers into Zendesk Talk and then forward the calls to the extensions/personal numbers that your agents would be using for the "regular" phones.  

Zendesk does allow external CTI platform integration using our Zendesk Partner service, but my assumption from your description is that your call center is not a CTI but actual landlines.
